B&B Casa los Tejones is located in the center of Pinos del Valle, in the heart of the ‘Valle de Lecrin’, also called ‘The Valley of Joy’. In this quiet village, the individuality of the Andalusian ‘pueblos’ with their narrow and steep streets is still well preserved.
Pinos del Valle is strategically located above the Béznar reservoir with easy access to the motorway. At 700m altitude the village lies in the shadow of the mountain Chinchirina. From its top the hermitage of Santo Christo del Zapato dominates the whole region.
Also notable are the numerous olive, almond and citrus trees that withstand the dry summers thanks to the countless wells. An olive oil of recognized quality is obtained in the two oil mills.
Pinos del Valle is at 39 km from Granada and 35 km from the coast. The secondary road from Pinos to Motril offers spectacular views.
The village is easily accessible from Malaga and Granada airport, where you can also rent a car. If necessary we can provide a shuttle service. However, if you want to explore the region, a car is indispensable.

The Garden
Nothing suggests that behind our front door you will find a garden with citrus and olive trees and terraces and a full-fedged swimming pool.
The swimming Pool
The pool has salt water which is better for the skin. It’s temperature is always 28 -29 °C. It is open from May till end of October. Beach towels are available on demand.
Breakfast
We offer a rich breakfast buffet with home made products. Depending on the weather you can enjoy it in the breakfast room, in the patio or in the garden.
The honesty bar
A fridge loaded with soft drinks, water, beer and wine is at your disposal at a fair price. You can freely pick your drink.We only ask to indicate what you consume on a paper on the door.
